The work has finished.
In addition to the works on the facade, some structural reinforcement has been carried out on a slab which was in bad condition.

All partition walls have been removed.
All masonry footings have been replaced with new concrete footings.
Pillars in bad condition on the ground floor have been replaced and some parts have been implemented on their bases, since they had rotted due to moisture.
The subfloor is being sanitized and the ground floor flooring will be installed soon.

The houses are evacuate between December and January and will proceed to the derrivos of all plants.
