Sestao Berri is a company 50% owned by the Department of Territorial Planning, Housing and Transport of the Basque Government and 50% owned by the Town Council of Sestao. Its top decision-making body is the board of directors, where the two administrations which make up the company are represented.
This, the chairman of the board is the Regional Minister for Territorial Planning, Housing and Transport of the Basque Government, Iñaki Arriola, and the deputy chairman is the Mayor of Sestao, Josu Bergara.
