Sestao Berri has 17 renovated homes available for sale at numbers 25, 27, 29 and 31 in Txabarri Street. There are 21 subsidized homes (VPO for its Spanish acronym) and 2 non-subsidized homes, with one and three bedrooms, respectively.
The homes for sale are in the first residential buildings in the whole municipality which have achieved A energy rating, the maximum rating as regards energy efficiency, which involves, for example, up to 50% saving on heating. The flats have been renovated with all the features of a new building.
They have thermal insulation, fully-fitted kitchen and bathrooms, lift and all the accessibility elements provided for by the law. To access the subsidized flats it is sufficient to prove the need for a home, be registered in the Basque Autonomous Community and have income ranging between 9,000 and 39,000 Euros. The sale price of the two non-subsidized homes is around 100,000 Euros in the case of the smaller flat and 200,000 Euros for the flat with three bedrooms.
